The Commissioner for Information and Strategy Mr Charles Udoh present some ICT equipments to Offot Ukwa secondary school to enhance effective teaching and learning. Mr Udoh also support the school with sports facilities b as he earlier promised the school during 2017 annual inter house sports which he was represented on the ocassion.
